1. About these terms

CrazyTopup is the trading name used by Apul in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. Contact us at apul@crazytopup.com or +91-8535056312.

The website offers free first-lesson previews and lists digital mini-courses. It does not currently have an online payment checkout.

2. Eligibility

Paid purchases will be available to adults aged 18 or over who can enter into a contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make any purchase and supervise your use. Do not submit a child’s personal details through our email contact option.

3. What each course includes

Each listed mini-course contains three written lessons, code examples, and three self-guided exercises in English. The estimated 15-minute duration is reading time; practice time depends on the learner. Requirements, syllabus, and price appear on the individual course page.

There are no live classes, one-to-one mentoring, recognised qualifications, completion certificates, placement services, or guaranteed employment or income. These courses are introductions to coding, not accredited academic programmes.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Purchases are planned as one-time payments without automatic renewal. There are no shipping charges or additional course fees. The final total and tax breakdown, where applicable, must be displayed before you authorise a payment.

Never share your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or OTP through our support emails.

5. Access and delivery

The planned access period is 12 months from activation. Paid access is intended to be activated within 24 hours after a payment is verified, with access instructions and a receipt sent to the email supplied at purchase. This flow is not yet live. You are responsible for providing a working email address and using a compatible browser and the software listed on the course page. Ordinary third-party internet or software charges are your responsibility.

6. Permitted use

Course access is for the purchasing learner’s personal study. You may use and adapt the example code in your own learning projects. Do not resell the lessons, publish paid materials as a competing course, share paid access credentials, or interfere with the website or another learner’s access.

7. Refunds and cancellation

The Refund & cancellation policy offers a full refund for a request made within seven calendar days of the successful payment date. Duplicate payments, undelivered access, and materially misdescribed or defective services are addressed in the Refund & cancellation policy. Statutory consumer rights are not reduced by these terms.

8. Website availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate lessons and a usable website, but occasional errors or downtime may occur. Report an access problem so it can be investigated. We cannot promise a particular learning or career result. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains the enquiry information we collect, how we use it, the service providers involved, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion. Marketing consent is not bundled into a course purchase or an enquiry.

10. Changes and disputes

The terms and price shown when a paid order is accepted will apply to that order. Later changes will not retrospectively remove a learner’s purchased access or refund rights. Material changes affecting an existing order will be communicated to the customer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact support first or use the Grievance redressal process. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent consumer commission or other authority, or change any jurisdiction available to you under law.
