1. Who handles your information

CrazyTopup is the trading name used by Apul. The business address is Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. For privacy questions, email apul@crazytopup.com. The email contact option is also available for questions about the site.

2. Information collected now

This website does not submit or store contact messages. Contact links open your email app. If you send an email, we receive your email address, message, and any details you choose to include in our support mailbox. We do not ask for identity documents, bank account information, or payment credentials.

Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timestamps, and error logs to deliver and secure the website. No advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts are installed in the site. If you use a private hosted preview, the hosting platform may require sign-in and process its own session information under its own privacy terms.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiries to answer questions, investigate issues, prevent misuse, and maintain a record of support requests. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell your enquiry information.

4. Payments and future course orders

Payments and learner accounts are not currently enabled. Before paid enrolment starts, this policy will be updated to explain the payment provider, order records, access records, recipients, and relevant retention periods.

When hosted payments are introduced, payment credentials should be entered only on the authorised payment provider’s checkout. CrazyTopup will not collect card CVV, UPI PIN, or OTP information through its email contact option.

5. Service providers and disclosures

The website is served as static files. Hosting providers process information needed to deliver the site, and email providers process messages you send to our support mailbox. Authorised operators and service providers may process that information only as needed to run the site and handle support. Infrastructure may process data outside India subject to applicable legal requirements and provider arrangements.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a valid legal request, or to investigate fraud or protect the rights and security of users and the service.

6. Retention and security

Enquiries are retained while needed to handle the request and related follow-up or disputes. The operator must review closed requests and delete information that is no longer necessary, subject to legal obligations. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.

The website has no enquiry database. Access to support email is restricted to authorised operators and email providers. Reasonable protections are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Email apul@crazytopup.com, and include relevant earlier correspondence if available, to request a copy of your information, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. We may reasonably verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes; we will explain that where relevant.

If a privacy request is not resolved, use the Grievance redressal page. You retain any rights available under applicable Indian data protection and consumer law.

8. Children

The email contact option and any future purchases should be completed by an adult. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child’s information has been submitted so it can be checked and removed where appropriate.

9. Updates

This page will be revised when the operator details, services, data collection, or providers change. Material changes will be explained before the affected service is introduced. Contact us if you have a question about this policy.
