Shipping & digital delivery policy

1. What is delivered

The listed products are beginner coding mini-courses consisting of three written lessons, example code, and three self-guided exercises. They are delivered digitally in English. No physical books, devices, merchandise, live classes, or certificates are included.

2. Current availability

A first-lesson preview for every course is available immediately without payment or an account. The website does not have an online payment checkout. Email apul@crazytopup.com to ask about course enrolment and payment options.

3. Planned paid delivery

After paid enrolment launches, access is intended to be activated within 24 hours after a payment is successfully verified. The learner will receive access instructions and a payment receipt at the email supplied at purchase. A bank debit alone is not confirmation of a completed order.

The planned access term is 12 months from activation. There is no automatic renewal. These delivery arrangements must be operational and confirmed before any paid order is accepted.

4. Access problems

Check your spam folder and the purchase email address if access instructions do not arrive. Contact support with your course name, order reference, purchase email, and payment date if access is missing after 24 hours. We will investigate and provide access or an eligible refund under our Refund & cancellation policy.

Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, or full card information. If an email address was entered incorrectly, support may ask for reasonable order-verification information before correcting it.

5. Requirements and service area

This website is intended for learners in India, with prices in INR. A reliable internet connection and a current browser are needed. A laptop or desktop is recommended for coding exercises; Python lessons also require Python 3. Internet and third-party software costs are not included in course prices.

There is no physical shipping, shipping fee, handling fee, or courier tracking number. Any service interruption affecting the promised access should be reported through Contact us.
